How do I order from you online?


1) Enter our Web Shop 2) Search for your desired product. 2b) Select desired customization options. 3) Scroll to the bottom and select "Add to Cart". 4) Scroll back to the 'Top' and on the right side select "Checkout".




How do I cancel an order?


customers can only cancel items which are not in stock.
1) Log in to your order information, the link can be found at the order confirmation email which you have received after placing an order. If you are unable to locate your order confirmation email, please doublecheck your SPAM folder. If you still can't locate it, email us and let us know as many details as possible for us to track your order. For example, your PayPal transaction ID, the order e-mail or order address. 2) Go to "Cancel Items" button at the bottom part of the page.
3) Click the x mark to the left of the item you wish to cancel.
4) When the refund is processed you will receive an email regarding the cancellation along with your refund. Refunds are bank dependant and can take several days to show up in your bank account.




Can I add to an existing order?


Yes! Use either the live chat on the website or email us directly if you would like to add to the order. After purchasing the additional items email us with your order number and details and we will ensure that your order is processed together and any additional funds you have spent on delivery charges will be refudned. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, or processed we will not be able to add additional items to it.




How do you check the status of your order?


After placing an order, an email is sent to your inbox . If you log into your account you will see a "MY ORDERS" section. By lcicking on this option you will see information and updates regarding the status of your order, including a tracking link once it has been made available.




What payment methods do you accept?


We currently accept Paypal and Credit Card payaments.




Where do you ship from?


We currently ship no EU international orders from our warehouse located in Hongkong. For all shipping to the EU we ship from our warehouse located in the United Kingdom.




How do I track my order?


Once shipped your order status will be updated on your account. Simply log in and check your orders for an updated tracking link, which will be updated once the information is avilable to us form the courier.




Do your products carry a warranty?


All parts bought from the website or our dealers are guaranteed 1 year warranty under the assumption that the part has not been used. Warranty items can be replaced with the same product, or exchanged with other products or store credit for 100% of the original purchase price. All returned unused items are subject to evaluation. Returned items are sent back to our office at customers’ cost. Purchases made for a wrong product for whatever reason can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, but they must be returned to the place of purchase. No warranty shall apply to any product that has been: damaged from crashes subject to misuse assembled improperly operated outside of specification All warranty replacements come with free standard shipping charges. Express shipping is available but surcharges will apply. Place of warranty is always the point of sale. Any discrepancy in shipment quantity or the product itself must be reported within five (5) working days of receipt of the products. In the event of an over shipment, customer shall have the option to return the products to KO Technologies at our expense or alternatively, customer may opt to retain the products (subject to adjustment of the invoice or the issuance of another invoice to account for such additional items.)




DO you have a Refund Policy?


Yes we do have arefund policy please see below for details; Any item that malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, the defective item will be replaced or repaired subject to the following conditions; -Proof of purchase must be presented. -No physical damage. -No signs of modification. -The item is returned within the warranty period of one year from the date of purchase with complete accessories and packaging. -Refund and exchange for another product are options for an item returned within one month from the date of receipt. -All warranty replacements will be shipped with standard shipping, express postage is available but surcharges may apply. -No warranty shall apply to any Product that has been subject to misuse, improper testing, assembly, mishandling, or which has been operated contrary to current instructions relating to installation or maintenance or operation. -A product that is out of one year Warranty Period may be accepted by for Repair Service. Assessment is conducted to classify each item is reparable or not. Those qualified will be repaired free of charge excluding shipping. Those irreparable may be sent back to customer and customer covers shipping fee. The duration of the repair will depend on the extent of the damage and the availability of its parts. -Products not manufactured and sold under the brand KO Technologies are subject to supplier’s warranty policy. Any replacement or repair will depend on the brand-owner.
