WHILE KO USES THE VERY BEST EZO BEARINGS AVAILABLE THERE IS STILL ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT AND EFFECIENCY. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY ADDING A THIN LAYER OF RACEX OIL DELIVERED BY THE ORGA PUMP. THIS GIVES THE BEARING A HIGHER DEGREE OF TOLERANCE FOR A HIGHLY BALANCED MOTOR.
HOWEVER THE OTHER BENEFIT COMES FROM THE COOLING EFFECT OF THE OIL DRAGGING AWAY BUILT UP HEAT FROM BOTH THE BEARING AND STATOR. THE HEAT IS THEN DELIVERED TO THE BASE PLATE THAT ACTS AS A GIANT HEAT SINK (MUCH IN THE SAME WAY YOUR CAR USES OIL AND A RADIATOR TO TAKE UNWANTED HEAT FROM ROTATING PARTS).

CONTINUAL HEAT REMOVAL
ONCE THE OIL HAS BEEN COOLED IN THE BASE PLATE (THANKS TO ONCOMING AIR FLOW PASSING THE OUTER FACE OF THE BASE PLATE) THE ORGA PUMP THEN DELIVERS THE RACEX OIL BACK UP AND INTO THE OPEN CASE BEARING, RESTARTING THE PROCESS,
THIS KEEPS HEAT AND FRICTION TO AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM AND ALLOWS THE METHOD RANGE OF MOTORS TO BE DESIGNED WITH HE HIGHEST POWER WINDINGS AND MAGNET COMBINATIONS OF ANY MOTOR AVAILABLE. ALL THIS WITHOUT THE WORST OF HEAT SOAK AND FAILURE DUE TO HEAT SOAK.
